CCI4Tourism project has created many inspiring results in all participating countries. And Škofja Loka Tuning forks project is one of products that were developed during the project pilot action coordinated by Razvojna agencija Sora.
Connecting culinary and music E-Art Institute and restaurant Pr Pepet created a boutique experience that touches all the senses. Professional local musicians, locally produces ingredients and warm atmosphere of the restaurant takes participants to three hours journey of enjoyment, chats and new acquaintances.
The concept of gastronomic and musical evenings interweaves top music and culinary arts. At the events the Mozart’s operas are combined with a storytelling, with a four-course menu of local specialties. The quartet of professional musicians was created in search of new sound possibilities and music co-creation. The opera arias are divided into three parts, which are followed by gastronomic courses, in which a cold and hot appetizer, main course and dessert are served. All paired with matching wines. The menu is compiled based on the seasonal offer of local producers, with whom Restaurant Pr’Pepet has a sustainable partnership.
